The Method Is A Clear, Three-Step Transformation Process
Helping organizations consolidate their culture, and enable purpose in all daily activities at every level is a journey. Where does the journey begin?
It begins with the natural sequence that brings individual and organizational purpose closer together through the following three steps: Codify Your Purpose, Identify Company Purpose, and Enable Company Purpose.
This sequence is the blueprint for all our projects — where we transform organizational culture into a new business process.
In the third step, we apply the Culture as a Business Process framework. This allows us to help teams and organizations generate positive impact, become better places to work, and tap into the enormous potential of a purposeful workforce aligned with a purpose-driven organizational culture.

Through a clear, three-step transformation process, it connects individual and organizational purpose and turns culture into a real business process — not just a narrative.

It’s a sequence of three intentionally designed modes:
Individual Purpose Alignment: After reading Codify Your Purpose and completing its exercises, each team member joins four one-hour coaching sessions to define their own purpose statement.
Identify Company Purpose: a two-day retreat plus a debrief session to define organizational purpose and manifesto.
Enable Company Purpose: using what’s been learned in the first two phases, we co-design processes that embed purpose throughout the organization.
The first two phases are relatively quick and can be completed within two months. The third step, however, is time-intensive, depending on your organization’s size, resources, readiness for change, and urgency to act.
